Terms of service.

Acceptance

By using the BinaForm platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. We may update these terms, and continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the revised version.

Membership

Access is by approved membership only. BinaForm may accept or decline any application at its own discretion. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for everything done under your account.

There is one level of membership and it is the same for everybody. It is free at the moment.

Payments

Membership is free for a limited time. We are not charging while the founding group is being built, and nothing on the platform is sold today.

If we introduce a membership fee we will say so in advance, and nobody is charged without agreeing to it first. Fees would be stated in AED, billed for the period chosen, and refundable only where the law requires it. You could cancel at any time and your access would run to the end of the period already paid for.

A membership bought or renewed inside the iOS app is bought through Apple In-App Purchase: Apple takes the payment, the purchase is managed and cancelled in your Apple account, and Apple terms apply to it.

Conduct

The community depends on the behaviour of its members. Anything that makes the room worse, including harassment, misrepresenting who you are or who you work for, or using the member directory to send unsolicited marketing, may end a membership.

Content

Films, photography and editorial on the platform are protected by copyright and belong to BinaForm or to the people who made them. You may not download, reproduce or distribute any of it without written permission.

Liability

The platform and its events are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, BinaForm is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from membership or from use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
